ModBurn is a free community where creators share mods for BeamNG.drive and other driving games. It is run by the operator of ModBurn. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms, the community rules and the privacy policy.
1. What the site is
ModBurn lists mods and links to them. It does not host mod files. Every download button leads to the creator's own page on another site, such as Modsfire, MediaFire, Ko-fi or Patreon. Those sites have their own terms, ads and payments. We do not control them and are not part of any purchase you make there.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate other creators.
3. What you publish
- You keep the rights to your mods, screenshots and texts.
- You give ModBurn permission to show them on the site and in previews (for example, on the homepage or when shared on Discord), for as long as they are published here.
- You confirm that you made the work, or have written permission from everyone whose work is in it. No re-uploads, rips or conversions of other people's mods or models.
- Your download link must lead to the mod described, without malware, scams or misleading pages.
4. Moderation
Every mod is reviewed before it goes live. The staff may reject, edit the listing of, hide or remove any content, and suspend accounts that break these terms or the community rules. Where we can, we tell you why.
5. Copyright and trademark complaints
If something here uses your work without permission, use the report button on the mod with a link to the content and to your original. We remove infringing content quickly.
Car makes, models and logos belong to their owners. Mods on ModBurn are fan-made and not endorsed by any manufacturer or game studio.
6. No warranty
Mods are made by the community and downloaded from third-party sites at your own risk. Back up your game and scan files before you install them. The site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is always available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by mods, by external sites, or by other users.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
